Consistent service for airport transfer

This was my third time using Jackcana Tours for airport transfers, and they're always reliable. They were waiting at the airport as expected, and the vehicle was clean. The driver was polite and got us to the hotel efficiently. It's just as consistent as my previous experiences. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and they deliver every time without any surprises. Good to have a dependable option.

Great value for the Safari tour

I was looking for something affordable to do and decided on the Safari tour. It was a good deal, especially compared to some of the other options I saw. The price was competitive, and the tour itself covered a lot of ground. I felt like I got a lot of bang for my buck. No hidden fees or anything, which is always a plus when you're trying to stick to a budget. Definitely felt worth the money I spent.

Easy Coco Bongo tickets

Bought Coco Bongo tickets. Process was simple online. Got the tickets fast. No problems getting in. Good experience.

Fun day on the water

We did the snorkeling trip and had a really good time. The boat crew was super friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable. Saw a bunch of cool fish. It felt pretty relaxed and not too crowded. My family really enjoyed it, and it was a nice break from the resort pool.

Detailed review of Catalina Island diving trip

We booked the Catalina Island diving excursion for two people. The online booking process was straightforward, and we received a confirmation email with all the details promptly. Hotel pickup was on time in a comfortable van. At the marina, the staff were organized and efficient, getting us onto the boat without much fuss. The dive master was very professional and gave a thorough briefing before we got into the water. The equipment provided seemed well-maintained. We had two dives, and the sites were fantastic, with clear water and lots of marine life. Lunch on the island was simple but tasty. Drop-off back at the hotel was also seamless. The only minor point was the boat ride back felt a little long, but that's just the nature of the trip. Overall, a very well-executed tour.

Good Saona tour, wish pickup was quicker

I booked the Saona Island tour and it was a solid experience overall. The island itself was beautiful, and the catamaran ride was fun. Food on the island was decent for a group tour. My main gripe was the hotel pickup; it took a bit longer than expected to get going. The communication from the company was clear, though, and the price felt fair for what we got. I'd consider them again, but maybe for an excursion with a simpler transfer.
